2 cans (6 oz. each) light tuna in water, drained, flaked1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken1 cup Kraft (2%) Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/3 cup Kraft low fat Mayonnaise2 Tbsp. Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish 3/4 c water
Round up your indredients ahead of time. using Stove Top Stuffing in this recipe gives it a perfectly seasoned taste.
Mix the tuna, stuffing mix, cheese, carrots, mayonnaise, relish and water in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10 mins. Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each cake, into skillet in batches. (Try using a ice cream scoop to make evenly portioned cakes.) Gently flatten cakes using a spatula. Cook 3 mins in each side or until they are golden brown on both sides, turning cakes over carefully. makes 6 servings, 2 tuna cakes each.
