halibut, coconut oil, onion, bell pepper, cauliflower, garlic, garam masala, coconut milk, salt and pepper
Directions
saute onion, garlic, pepper, caulifower in coconut oil. move to side and add fish, add seasoning and coconut milk. cover and simmer for about 8 min. serve
