Italian Chicken and Bowties

9 oz. Tyson grilled chicken strips 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2% milk 1 Italian seasoning/dressing pack sprigs of fresh rosemary, divided 1/4 cup light Italian dressing (Olive Garden) 1/2 cup dry sherry 1 Tbs capers (or to taste) 3 cups bowtie pasta3 Tbs shredded parmesan
Combine the Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, sherry and chicken in a frying pan and simmer until chicken is warmed through. Add capers, cottage cheese and rosemary and continue to simmer, reducing the sauce somewhat. Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to directions. Ladle chicken mixture over pasta and top with parmesan and additional rosemary.
