Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

Ingredients
Whole spaghetti squashchicken sausage1 cup spaghetti sauce3 oz par skim mozzarella 1 cup ricottaspices- garlic powder, oregano, pepper, salt
Directions
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Place cut side down on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool to touch. Using fork, scrape out flesh into strainer and let any liquid drain. Reserve squash shells.
Pre cook sausage. Drain and add sauce. Place shells in a baking dish and add 1/4 cup squash to bottom of shells. Season with spices. Add 1/4 cup sauce and sausage to each shell and top with ricotta and mozzarella. Repeat to fill shells. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 40 min.
