Ingredients
3 cups non-gluten flour (mix 3 kinds is best, ex. buckwheat flour, almond flour, rice flour)Egg white, fresh, 3 large Baking Powder, 2 TBAvocado Oil, 1/2 cup1 cup water or other liquid*1 TB cinnamon1 TB ginger1 tsp nutmeg3 pkts Truvia
Directions
Mix all together, bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, turn off oven and leave in oven to cool for 2 hrs.

Separate into 2 small well greased loaf pans or 1 large
