Scalloped hash browns and green beans

Ingredients
Frozen hash brown potatoes, 5 cupsFrench Fried Onions, 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 2 tablespoonsMilk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value 2.5 cupsBeans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 4 cupsCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded Table Salt, .5 tsp Corn Starch, 2 TablespoonsBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Layer green beans in bottom of casserole dish ;
top with hash browns

Make cream sauce of butter, corn starch and milk
Add salt and pepper

Pour over potatoes and green beans

Top with french fried onions and cheese

Bake at 425 for 40 -45 minutes
