Get-Skinny SW Chili

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil8 oz chicken breasts, cut into chunks1/4 cup finely diced onions2 gloves garlic, minced1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cayenne pepper14 1/2 oz can chicken broth15 1/4 oz can corn, undrained15 1/2 oz can black beans, drained14 1/2 can Tomatoes with green chiles
Directions
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over med heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; saute until ckn is opaque, about 3 minutes, stirring, until fragrants. Pour in the ckn broth, corn (with liquid), black beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
