Spinach & Cheese Burger

Ingredients
1 Bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach2 Egg Whites1 Egg, Large1/4 Cup Diced Sweet Onion1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes1 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Minced Garlic
Directions
1. Mix all Ingredients in a bowl.
2. Shape into patties and cook over medium-high heating a non stick skillet with a small amount of cooking spray.
3. Patties are done when they are golden and firm (About 4-6 minutes).
