Ingredients
1 1/2 # hamburger1can diced tomatoes5 tsp taco seasoningsliced jalapenos(to taste)cheddar cheese
Directions
fry beef. add tomates and water to = 5 cups. Bring to boil. add rice stir and bake in oven 1 hr at 350. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven to melt cheese
