Butternut Squash/Kale/Feta Pizza

2 pre-packaged uncooked pizza doughshalf a butternut squash cubed3 raw onions chopped1.5 cup chopped kale6 oz of crumbled feta3 tbs olive oilSalt to taste
Cook butternut squash with two tbs olive oil until mushy, finish mashing with emulsion blender (or a fork)
Saute onions in last tbs olive oil
Spread out pizza dough on non-stick trays or in cast iron pans for thicker crust.
Spread out squash puree, onions, feta and chopped kale
add salt to taste.
Bake at 375 until done (about 15 minutes)
Serving Size: 2 pizzas, 8 pieces each, 2 pieces per serving.
