Lemon and Blueberry French Toast Bake

1 French Bread Loaf4 Whole Eggs4 Egg Whites1 Cup Milk1 tsp Vanilla2 tsp Lemon Zest6 oz Fresh Blueberries1 Tbsp Butter , Room Temperature1/3 Cup Brown Sugar1/4 tsp Cinnamon2 Tbsp Flour
1) Cut french loaf into 1" cubes
2) In a large bowl beat the eggs and egg whites together with the milk, vanilla and lemon zest
3) Toss the bread into the egg and milk mixture
4) Add the blueberries gently so as not to burst them
5) Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
6) Pour the bread cubes into the dish and pour any remaining egg mixture on top
7) In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter
8) Sprinkle over the top of the bread cubes evenly
9) Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours
10) Preheat the oven to 350°
11) Remove the foil and bake for 45 minutes
12) enjoy
