Ingredients
*Caramel Bits, Kraft, (12 g=1 Tbsp), 192 gram(s)Butter, unsalted, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup), 1.5 servingEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largeFlour, 3.75 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Allspice, .25 tsp *Morton Table Salt, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Cream butter and sugars until light & fluffy. Mix wet ingredients. Then add in all dry ingredients. Refridgerate for an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll into balls and place onto parchment paper after rolling in sugar/cinnamon/preferred spices. Bake 12-14 minutes.
