Jamaican Jerk Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli slaw1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped3 tbsp plain greek yogurt1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1 tbsp. mustard1 1/2 Caribbean jerk seasoning2 turkey breast tenderloins (8 oz each)4 Ole' Extreme Wellness High Fiber/Low Carb tortillas
Directions
In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix, tomato, plain greek yogurt, jalapeno and mustard - set aside.

Rub jerk seasoning over turkey. Grill/Broil turkey for 8-10 min. on each side. Let turkey stand for 5 min.

Warm tortillas on each side for about 45-55 seconds or until warm. Thinly slice turkey and place in center of tortilla. Top w/ coleslaw mixture and roll up.
