Minnesota Chili (Modified)

Ingredients
1.5lb lean ground beef1/4 cup of Chorizo sausage1 medium white onion1 jalapeno pepper1 habanero pepper2 cloves garlic, minced2 cans spicy chili beans2 packets chili seasoning (spicy/hot)3 cans stewed tomatoes1 can tomato sauce (15oz)1 can tomato paste (6oz)1 tbsp Tabasco sauce2 tsp white sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Add Chorizo sausage at the end to lightly brown. Add chili seasoning to coat beef and Chorizo. Set aside in crock pot.

Dice onion and peppers. Heat pan with olive oil and saute onion, peppers and garlic over medium heat (2 minutes). Add to the crock pot.

Add all canned ingredients to crock pot and stir. Add sugar, cinnamon and Tabasco sauce to mixture and stir. Set crock pot to high and cook for 2-3 hours. Turn crock pot to low and continue cooking for 2-5 hours.
