Chili with Veggie Crumbles

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cup chopped white onion (any kind works)1 Large red bell pepper, chopped1 cans Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans2 cans Red Beans in chili sauce (Brooks)2 cans Chili Tomatoes with onion2 Cloves Garlic, minced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 tsp ground Cumin3 Tbsp Chili PowderI 12 oz bag MorningStar veggie crumbles
Directions
Pour olive oil in big pot and saute onions and peppers until partially cooked. Add black beans, red beans, chili tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and stir. Add veggie crumbles last. Heat and let cook for approx. 30 min to let flavors mingle. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
