Mexican Unstuffed Pepper Casserole (Kraft recipes)

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced1 Med. Red Bell Pepper, diced1 Med. Onion diced2 cups White Rice, long grain, cooked2 cups salsa1 cup shredded cheese (compliments tex mex fine)plus 1/2 cup shredded cheese for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F

Brown ground beef with peppers and onions in large skillet

Stir in rice, salsa and 1/2 cup cheese

Place in greased or sprayed 2 litre casserole dish

Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bake about 25 mins til heated through and cheese is melted.

Serve with extra cheese as a garnish if desired.
