Gluten Free Baked Fried Flounder

Ingredients
2 cup of sugar snap peas 1/4 cup of Gillians Foods Italian Bread Crumbs Wheat Free, Gluten free dairy free4 oz of Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Shells with Rice Bran1 table spoon of olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Boil 4 cups of water for the pasta and follow the directions on the box

While this done in a bag place 1/4 cup of Gillians Food Italian bread crumbs. Plac
e the flounder in the bag and shake.

1 tbs of olive oil and grease the bottom of the baking pan

Place the flounder in a baking pan and cook for 20 min or until the fish is done.

While the flounder is cooking and the pasta cooking make sure you cook you boil the sugar snap peas. I usually use my double pot and steam the sugar snap peas in the pasta pot.

Makes 4 servings.
