Blackberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 c whole grain flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 c brown sugar1/2 c + 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 large egg white2 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt2 Tbsp Flax seed meal2 Tbsp Honey!/2 c + 2 Tbsp unsweetened Almond milk1 c fresh blackberries
Directions
M ix 1st four dry ingredients. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients except milk and berries in separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, just till mixed. Add milk, mix , then gently fold in berries.
Evenly distribute batter between 12 muffin tins. Do not use papers, will stick.
