2 cups of kale chopped small1 cup cabbage chopped small2 links of chourico1 to 1 1/2 lb stew meat cut into small pieces1 frozen package of yellow squash mix3 Idaho potatoes pealed and cubed1 can of Bush's Navy White Beans salt and pepper to taste
Cover churico and stew meat with water and cook until wel done, Chop kale and cabbage add to soup. Cook until tender. Remove the chourico and cut into small pieces, put back into soup, add frozen yellow squash mix until dissolved, add potatoes cook until tender, add navy beans and simmer.
