Turkey Tetrazzini-ish

Ingredients
Turkey (dark meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)* Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 4 serving (remove)Peas, frozen, 2 cup (remove)Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Boil water and chicken broth. If frozen add the turkey pieces. Once the turkey is thawed, pour in the pasta and cook for 7 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to make a thick rue. Once the pasta is cooked, add the peas (and turkey if it isn't in there already.) stir in the rue. Stir in the milk to the consistency desired.
