Paleo Chicken Fajita Soup

Ingredients
1 ½ lb. Chicken Breast32 oz. Chicken Stock14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper – Diced1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper – Diced1/2 Medium Red Bell Pepper - Diced2 Medium Onion – Diced8 oz. Mushrooms – Thinly Sliced4 Large Cloves Garlic – Minced4 Tbs. Taco Seasoning1 Tbs. Garlic Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
Set to low.
Cook covered for 6 hours.
Using two forks, shred chicken.
Re-cover and cook an additional hour before serving.
