16 0z ground beef browned2 tablespoon butter3 mushrooms1/2 yellow onion1 package onion soup mix2 cups frozen italian vegetables2 cups beef broth2 cups water
Directions
saute .5 medium onion
3 mushrooms sliced
in separate pan
add 16 0z browned ground beef
stir in sauted onions and mushrooms.
add 2 cupsfrozen vegetables
add 2 cupsbeef broth
add 1 packagefrench onion soup
add 2 cups water
cook medium heat 30 minutes.
