Ingredients
Turkey breast, meat only, raw, 172 gm Lasagna sheets, fresh, Western Family, 3 cup Mushrooms Shiitake dried, 3 Cabbage, napa, 1 cup Ginger Root, 1 tbsp *Green onion (spring onion), 2 *Sushi Chef Mirin, 1 tsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tspSauce:Mirin, 1 tspSoy, 1 tsp, Water 1 tbsp.
Directions
Mix everything but the pasta. Divide into six parts and roll up in the pasta. Make a sauce with 1tsp mirin, 1tsp soy and 1tbsp water and pour over. Steam 30 min.
