Carrot and Moongdal soup

Ingredients
Chopped Carrot - 2 cupsChopped Onions - 1/2 cupYellow Moongdal - 1tbspnLow fat milk-3/4 cupSalt - For TasteWater- 2 1/4 cupProceedure: Take the chopped carrot,onions and moongdal in a pressure cooker and add some water to them. Cook it until you get 2 whistles.Let the steam escape and then open the lid and keep it aside to cool for 20-30min.Now blend the above mixture into a smooth puree and strain it using a strainer. Now transfer the strain into a pan and heat it. Add low fat milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well and bring to boil.Serve it when hot.
Directions
If there is no strainer, you can use a clean cloth by folding it one side and keeping it on a bowl.
