Cod with tomato and olive

Ingredients
4 cod fillets1 can diced tomatoeshandful of Katamala olives chopped2TBS diced garlic1 cup onion choppedExtra virgin olive oil, about 3 Tbssqueeze of lemon juice
Directions
sauté the garlic and onion in 1 Tbs of olive oil. Add the olives, tomatoes, and lemon juice and cook through.

Add 2 Tbs olive oil to a 8x8 baking dish. Coat fish fillets and lay in dish. Cover with tomato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until fish flakes easily.
