Cabbage, leek, squash a bussels chicken stir fry

Ingredients
4 c leeks sliced8 c green cabbage sliced8 c yellow squash cubed2 c Brussels sprouts halved12.5 oz boneless skinless chicken breast sliced thin2 pkgs Sun Bird Stir fry seasoning pkg made as directed2 T canola oil
Directions
Cut up all veggies. Heat oil, sliced up chicken. Stir fry until brown, meanwhile mix up spice pkg according to directions. Add veggies. Stir fry until desired tenderness, may have to put lid on wok so it will go down enough to stir it without slinging veggies everywhere. Add sauce, cook1 minute more until thicken. Serve with brown rice if desired. Not in calorie count.
