Greek Marinated Chicken Breast

3 raw chicken breast, cut in halves or left whole1 cup greek yogurt, plain1 tbsp. parsley1 tbsp. oregano2 cloves garlic minced/chopped1 lemon, juice and some of zestsalt and pepper to taste2 tsp olive oil
Take the raw chicken breast and put in gallon size zip top baggie. Add 1 cup yogurt, oregano, chopped up garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and squeeze juice of one lemon as well as some of the zest to baggie and mix/combine well, coating chicken completely. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge, and longer if you can to marinate. Cook on grill or bake in oven at 375* F until cooked through. I serve with greek style salad.
