Ingredients
27.5 oz (781g) Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless 6 cup Water, tap1002g Potatoes2 cans (864g) Corn, Sweet Whole Kernel: Happy Harvest 2 cans (850g) Peas, Sweet: Happy Harvest (1/2C, 125g)2 cans (822g) Carrots, Sliced, Can: Happy Harvest 1.25 cup McCormick Poultry Gravy Mix125g Onions, raw
Directions
Put 6 cups water into a slow cooker. Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and put into slow cooker and cook on high. Add the Gravy mix and stir (for thicker gravy add 1 more cup), Cut up potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and boil in a pan until almost cooked, drain and add to slow cooker. Add carrots (drained), Corn (drained), and Peas (drained) to slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours. Serve over buttered bread or biscuits.
