Apple Sage pork chops

1 1/2 cups brown rice3 cups waternon-stick cooking spray2 Tablespoons all purpose flour2 tsps Rubbed Sage1 1/2 tsps Seasoned Salt1 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp ground nutmeg2 LBs boneless pork chops CUBED INTO INCH PIECES1 Tablespoon olive oil3 red skinned apples cored and peeled1 tsp ground cinnamon1 1/2 tsps graduated sugar1 Tablespoon salted butter
Set 1 1/2 cups brown rice "measured in clear rice cooker measuring cup" and 3 cups water to cook in rice cooker.
Pre heat oven to 375. Mix flour, sage, seasoned salt, thyme and nutmeg in a large bowl until well blended. Toss pork cubes in the flour mixture. Heat the olive oil on medium high heat in a deep non-stick skillet. Add pork cube mixture to the skillet and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add apples to 9X13 baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. top apples with pork cubes. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake about 40 minutes.
Divide rice and pork into 6 equal portions to serve.
