Sandra's Quick and Easy Tuna Melt

2 English Muffins - toasted (one half of the muffin per serving)Celery - 4 stalks trimmed and finely chopped2 Slices American Cheese - cut in half (1/2 portion for each muffin serving)Butter - just enough to coat a thin layer on each muffinTuna - 1 full can using 1/4 of the prepared mixture per servingMayonnaise - Just enough to hold tuna mixture together.
Drain 1 Can of Tuna, finely chop celery stalks, mix with Mayonnaise (I use just enough Mayo to have the ingredients stick together keeping it more on the dry then wet side). Toast English Muffins and butter lightly. Place 1/4 of tuna mixture on each 1/2 of an English Muffin. Top with on3 1/2 slice of cheese. Pop in Microwave just long enough to melt cheese... about 30 secs per muffin. Watch closely as microwaves vary in degrees. You just want the cheese to be slightly melted helping to keep mixture together.
