1 Cup Corn Mill1 Cup Flou2 Eggs (Healthier Alternative, can sub 6 tbsp Egg Beaters to cut back Cholesterol.)1 Cup Skim Milk1 Tbsp smart balance butter (To grease pan with.)
Heat over to 350. Grease pan with butter. Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes until bread is brown on top. Can cut into small squares perfect for breaking up into pinto beans or large squares perfect for eating on their own.
