Breadless Tuna Melt in a Tomato

Ingredients
2 medium-large tomatoes1 6oz. Can of Tuna in Water (no salt added)2 Tbsp. Hellman's Olive Oil Mayo1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil2 Tbsp Chopped Red OnionSalt and Pepper to taste2 slices American Cheese (or cheese of choice)
Directions
~ Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out 'guts' - discard.

~ Drain tuna, mix with mayo, onion and seasoning.

~ Lightly stuff tomato cups with tuna mixture, lay 1 slice of cheese over each up.

~ Broil in oven for 3 minutes until tops begin to brown.
