Roast Chicken Croquettes - Bambi's

Saute diced onion and celery in tsp of olive oil.
Set aside to cool
Process cooked chicken and cooled veggies in food processor with blade until very small pieces
Add poultry seasoning and the entire can of soup.
Mix well.
Put breadcrumbs in a bowl. Measure 1/3 cup croquettes, form and roll in breadcrumbs.
Lay out on a tin foil lined baking sheet and spray with butter or olive oil spray.
Bake for half an hour on 375 degrees.
Serving Size: makes 10 1- piece servings
