Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 ripe banana1 cup milk (nonfat or 1/2%)1 egg1/8 cup butter, unsalted1/3 cup flour, all-purpose1/3 cup wheat flour1/3 cup ground almonds1 packet no-calorie sweetener3/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Puree banana in blender. Combine with milk, eggs, and butter in medium bowl.

Combine flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Add dry mixture to liquid ingredients until the right consistency is obtained.

Lightly grease a skillet and heat over medium heat. Pour batter onto skillet, and cook until the bottom is browned. Flip pancake over and finish cooking.

No syrup is required!

Makes about 10 6" diameter pancakes.
