Bulgogi, Korean pork and pear

Ingredients
Pork, fresh, loin, shabu shabu 0.25 lb Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp Sweetzfree, drops, 2 Honey, 0.5 tbsp Spring Onion, 1 Garlic, 1 clove Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) Asian Pear, 0.5 serving (remove) Mirin, Sushi chef, 1 tsp
Directions
Grate the pear, crush the garlic and chop the onion. Mix everything and place in a sealed bag. Marinate in fridge for hours.

Stir fry. Serve with rice noodles, wrapped in lettuce leaves.
