Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sauce Base

Ingredients
1 TBSP Butter1 Clove Garlic4 Oz. Cream Cheese1/2 Cup Whole Milk1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Combine and garlic (minced) in a small pot. Cook over medium - low heat for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is soft. Add the cream cheese, milk and salt. Whisk and cook for a few minutes more, or until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce becomes smooth.

Spread the cream cheese sauce over the surface of the dough. Add the buffalo chicken, shredded cheese, onion (Red, or Scallion preferred).

Back Pizza in a pre-heated (450) over for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
