Ingredients:##Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 6 ounces ##Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked##Honey, 2 tbsp##*Soy Sauce, .25 cup ##Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp ##Ginger Root, 2 tsp ##Garlic, 2 tsp ##Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.
