Broccoli Crunch Salad

Ingredients
3 heads/clusters fresh broccoli, chopped4 cups chopped cauliflower1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and chopped1 1/2 cup golden raisins1/2 cup sunflower kernels1/2 red onion, chopped4-5 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped (or 1 package Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon)1/2 cup low fat mayo2 containers Greek yogurt, plain (I use Oikos, 5.3 oz each)4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar2 tbsp. sugar plus 3 packets Truvia
Directions
Combine and toss all ingredients. If you can, refrigerate overnight before serving so all the flavors meld.
