Easy Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour3/4 c corn meal2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 c sugar1/4 c oil1 egg, beaten1 c skim milk
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, egg and milk. Stir until well blended. Bake in a square pan 8"x8" that has been oil sprayed at 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
