Ingredients
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats2 1/4 Cup Egg White Liquid4 Scoops Herbalife Vanilla Protein Drink Mix4 Scoop Herbalife Pumpkin Spice Formula 1
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined
Pour into 12 lined muffin tins sprayed with non stick spray
Bake at 350 for 20 mins, until golden brown

    Way too much egg white liquid, turned out like a rubbery quiche instead of muffins. Flavor wasn't bad, but definitely needs a little experimenting. - 2/11/15
