Cranberry jello salad from scratch

Ingredients
1 bag fresh cranberries1 whole orange, washed3/4 c. sugargrind these 3 ingredients together - including whole orange peel (take seeds out) in food processor.store covered 8 - 24 hours in the refrigerator.next day: dissolve 2 family size boxes raspberry jello (not sugar free) in 4 c. boiling water. after it's completely dissolved, add 2 c. cold water and cranberry mixture.cut up 2 apples into bit size pieces and chop 1 cup walnuts and add to jello mixture.refrigerate till set. can put in big bowl or a large mold.
