2 cup cooked pumpkin1 cup sugar1 cup milk3 egg yolks1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla1 1/4 tsp cinnamon1 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp nutmeg3 egg whites (3 Tbsp=1 large egg white)
Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat whites until stiff and fold in last.
Bake in 2 9" shells 10 minutes on 450 degrees, then 35 minutes on 325 degrees.
