Cucumber Hummus Flat Bread Sandwich

Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers2 Tbsp HummusA few leafs of Ridiccio(or red leaf lettuce)2 Slices Swiss Cheese1 Round Mediterranean Flat Bread(looks like a pita, but has no middle like a pita)
Directions
Cut the flat bread in half. Spread the hummus on both halfs of the flat bread. Split the cucumber amount in half placing them on the flat bread. Top with the Ridiccio and Cheese.
Cut in half.
