1 6 oz container of Yogurt light (any flavor)1 small box sugar free jello (any flavor)1 boiling cup of water
Directions
Boil your water, dump in the jello and stir to dissolve, then add your yogurt and stir to dissolve. Refrigerate and enjoy!

    Very easy, tasty, and a great dessert for so few calories. The entire recipe only has 120-140 calories depending on what brand of light yogurt you use. Plus, it separates into two layers, which is fun. - 5/22/09
