Ru's black bean soup 1cup

Ingredients
2lbs dry black beans 3 sweet peppers: red, yellow and green1 large onion1c water3 cloves of garlic2 small cans of chopped green chiliesjuice of 1 limecumin, salt, pepper, chili pepper to taste
Directions
soak beans over night
rinse
add broth and veggies, bring to a boil
reduce heat, simmer 1.5 hrs
add seasons and lime juice
simmer 1+ hours until the consistency you want
