Red Cabbage with Carrots and Golden Raisins

3 cups Cabbage, red, fresh, chopped1/2 cup Celery, raw, diced 1 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, diced 2 Apple, Gala (medium),skinned and diced1/4 cup Raisins, golden seedless packed Dressing1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard3 tbsp. *Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbsp. Great Value Apple Cider Vinegar,1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced1 1/2 tsp. Ginger Root peeled ad grated3/4 cup, Onions, Red ,raw minced1 tsp Honey
Chopped all veggies and put in large bowl with a lid. Make dressing combining well. Pour over veggies, mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and let sit in frig for at least 1 hour. Keep well for a couple of days in frig.
