Ingredients
2 cups spinach1 cup kale1/2 cup peas1/5 cup (4-6 florets) of broccoli1 kiwi (with skin!)1/2 granny smith appleJuice from 1/2 a lemon1/4 avocado1 scoop vegan unflavored protein powder (I use Plant Fusion or SunWarrior)12 fl oz water (or more, depending on what you prefer)
Directions
Add everything in a vitamix and blend!

Serving Size: Makes a full quart meal replacement - 4.5 servings veggies, 3 servings fruit
