Basil Chicken, Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
Chop potatoes and carrots and put in baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped onion, basil, salt, pepper, parsley, Nettle Leaf and drizzle olive oil. Stir together to coat. Put chicken on top of potato mixture. Pour olive oil over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with same seasoning. Sprinkle onion over top. None of the seasonings were measured so add to desired taste.
Directions
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
