Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halvesBanana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Wheat bran, crude, 1 TbsYogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes .
It becomes better if you let it stay in the fridge for half an hour.
Enjoy.
