Easy, Cheesy Chicken & Rice

3 small to medium sized frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can Campbell's Condensed Broccoli & Cheese Soup1/2 cup minute rice1/2 cup water1 small package (2-3 serving size) mixed vegetables of choice** I used broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots in cheese sauce
Add frozen chicken breasts to slow cooker. Pour condensed soup over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat and continue cooking on LOW an additional 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Gently shred chicken in slow cooker. (I use a fork or just press down on it with a wooden spoon.)
Prepare rice according to package directions. Add to shredded chicken.
Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Add to chicken & rice mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 4 generous servings
